With our annual Wood Sale happening at the shop right now, there are lots of beautiful wood pieces looking to find their forever homes. One of my favorites, upstairs is a bamboo bed that exudes softness and romance with its customized light blue finish chosen by our Nell Hill’s design team, providing both a soothing ambiance and delightful texture. Next, I pass by a custom dresser featuring Greek key drawer fronts, a warm neutral wood finish, and antique bronze drawer pulls. This piece combines timeless elegance with a touch of sophistication. Downstairs I found an etagere, designed to exude a more formal aesthetic, boasting glass shelves and brass finishings, complemented by an acrylic bar handle. Lastly, a desk steals the spotlight with its exquisite chippendale side panel, accentuated by acrylic pulls with brass accents, creating a fusion of natural beauty and modern allure.

While CR Laine makes upholstered furniture, with frames that feature exposed wood, they provide wood customization options including the ability to choose from a number of finished and any Benjamin Moore paint color to create the perfect frame for your furniture! While these customizations may require slightly longer lead times, the result is a piece of furniture that is truly tailored to your taste and preferences.
