Having just come back from a textiles market, I’m feeling freshly inspired. Textiles are a big part of what we do and one of the elements I love most about our industry in general and more specifically, in our shop. We play with textiles in most spaces, and bedding is one department where fabrics get nearly all the glory!
Bedding is such a fun way to play with patterns and can allow us to make a statement in a relatively small space. Plus, you spend a third of your life in bed – it should be just as fabulous as any other space in your home! I for one want a bed I can dive into (and one that my kiddos can dive into, too, since they do, quite literally!); a bed that’s as visually inviting as it is cozy and comfortable. For me, that means bedding that incorporates serene colors, a little texture, and just enough pattern so that I fall asleep and wake up to something beautiful (besides my loving husband 😉).
With this freshly inspired feeling and new beds on the shop floor, I thought it was the perfect time to post a bedding roundup!
The Tranquil Tiger
We know that a fully customized bedding set isn’t always the best option for everyone, which is why we strive to highlight a few options in the bedding department that feature a combination of ready-made and custom options in their design.

This striking fabric, with its intricate details, captivates the eye and adds a touch of timeless elegance to the bedscape. I love that each glance reveals new elements in the pattern, offering endless visual interest.
The duvet is a reversible two-toned wonder, with the front styled in Easy Tiger Poppy with the back side featuring a light fawn print, Forest Hide. This clever design choice allows for versatility in styling and adds a subtle grounding element to the vibrant red and white palette. I love this palette and often use red, white, and blue in my designs, especially during the Summer months. To me, the mix of the neutral fawn print and light tan and cream colors helps to refine the look, preventing it from feeling overly festive like the 4th of July, and ensures the design remains sophisticated and relevant throughout the year.
